Tidy Trader Awards 2019

Described as a standout nomination by the awarding Committee, Chairman of the Council, Trevor Bellamy, was pleased to confer the Gold Tidy Trader Award on Devour restaurant. Accompanying Councillor Bellamy was Councillor Judith Roberts who nominated the restaurant for the award. Councillor Roberts was keen to highlight the beautiful wild flower garden at the restaurant. She said, "Most of the UK's wildflower meadows have been lost. With the Holme Valley Parish Council declaring a climate change emergency, look what it is doing for our environment by having this meadow next to the restaurant."
