📍 Lesser Hall, The Civic, Huddersfield Road, Holmfirth

Held once a year, the Annual Parish Meeting is a public meeting where the parish council presents an overview of its work and activity across the Holme Valley over the past year.

The evening will begin with an informal reception from 6.30pm, with light refreshments and an opportunity to meet councillors and representatives from local organisations. The formal meeting will begin at 7.00pm.

During the meeting, the Chair of the Parish Council will present highlights from the council’s Annual Report, including key projects, initiatives and funding that support community activity across the parish.

This year’s meeting will also include brief contributions from a small number of local organisations connected with the work of the council, offering a short insight into some of the projects taking place across the Holme Valley.

There will also be an opportunity for residents to ask questions relating to the work of the parish council.

The meeting is expected to conclude at around 8.00pm, after which a meeting of the Full Council will take place.

All members of the public are welcome to attend.
