Christmas trees are once again brightening villages and communities across the Holme Valley, helping to spread seasonal cheer for residents and visitors alike.
Funded by Holme Valley Parish Council and delivered with the help of local volunteers and community groups, this year’s trees have been installed in villages across the valley, creating welcoming focal points throughout the Christmas period.
The trees are part of the Parish Council’s ongoing commitment to supporting local places and bringing people together — particularly at a time of year that means so much to many in the community. From high streets and village centres to smaller neighbourhood spaces, the displays help add warmth, colour and a sense of shared celebration.
The Parish Council would like to thank the volunteers, suppliers and local groups who helped make this year’s displays possible, as well as everyone who has taken the time to enjoy them.
Wishing all residents a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
