Opening of Brockholes Boules Court

Chair of Holme Valley Parish Council, Cllr Rachel Hogley, was delighted to attend the formal opening of a new boules court at Brockholes Village Hall.

This new community facility was developed by a sub-committee of Brockholes Village Trust and alongside contributions from other supporters, the Parish Council was pleased to provide a grant of £2,000 towards the project through its Community Assets Support Committee. The new boules club opened to the public on Saturday 22nd May and is a valuable new facility for all in the Holme Valley.
